Baked Brown Sugar Salmon Recipe
- 1 Salmon fillet
- Lemon & pepper seasoning
- Brown sugar
- Place salmon fillet in a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap loosely around the fish.
- Sprinkle fish with lemon & pepper seasoning (lightly) and brown sugar (generously). Tent the foil and seal.
- Bake 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and has changed color.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
