Golden Halibut Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs halibut fillets
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 egg white, beaten stiff
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • dash paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in crumbs and place in a greased baking dish. Combine in a bowl the mayonnaise and lemon juice; add yogurt and blend well. Fold in egg white. Sprinkle fillets with onions and spoon mayonnaise mixture on top. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes.
  • Serves 4
