Salmon Low Fat Fish Fry Recipe
- 1 Salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- ½ cup water
- Lemon & pepper seasoning
- Lemon wedges or slices
- In frying pan, bring water and margarine to simmer. Once simmering add fish pieces.
- Cover tightly. Cook on medium high heat until the fish flakes.
- Sprinkle with lemon & pepper seasoning and serve with lemon slices.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
