Salmon Low Fat Fish Fry Recipe


  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ½ cup water
  • Lemon & pepper seasoning
  • Lemon wedges or slices


  • In frying pan, bring water and margarine to simmer. Once simmering add fish pieces.
  • Cover tightly. Cook on medium high heat until the fish flakes.
  • Sprinkle with lemon & pepper seasoning and serve with lemon slices.
  • Makes 4 servings.
  • Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
