  • 1 Salmon fillet
  • Lemon & pepper seasoning
  • Brown sugar


  • Place salmon fillet in a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap loosely around the fish.
  • Sprinkle fish with lemon & pepper seasoning (lightly) and brown sugar (generously). Tent the foil and seal.
  • Bake 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and has changed color.
  • Makes 4 servings.
  • Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
