Ms. Donna hooked a nice salmon and fought for about 10 minutes. The fish rolled, jumped and fought bravely. During the attempt to boat the fish, it broke off and floated to the stern. Skipper (“Big Al”) immediately grabbed the net and ordered me to the helm. I slowly backed the boat towards the fish and at the last second “Big Al” netted that wayward fish and saved the day for Little Donna the clam killer.
