Parmesan Halibut
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Halibut
- 2 eggs
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs, crush in a blender
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the halibut into serving size steaks. Scramble the eggs in a bowl and dip the halibut steaks into the eggs. Then, dip them into the blended up bread crumbs, followed by the parmesan cheese.
- Place the coated halibut steaks on a greased sheet pan/cast iron skillet, and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10- 15 minutes or until the fish easily flakes apart with a fork. Serve with desired sauce like a tartar sauce and enjoy!
