Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 3 drops liquid smoke
  • Lemon & Pepper seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Paprika or finely chopped walnuts
  • Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bake, cool, and flake salmon fillet. Combine salmon with cream cheese, shredded cheese, liquid smoke drops, and lemon & pepper seasoning. Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in paprika or chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers. Keep refrigerated.
