Golden Halibut Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs halibut fillets
- seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- dash paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in crumbs and place in a greased baking dish. Combine in a bowl the mayonnaise and lemon juice; add yogurt and blend well. Fold in egg white. Sprinkle fillets with onions and spoon mayonnaise mixture on top. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes.
- Serves 4
