BBQ Salmon w/Ginger and Sesame
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 6 – 4-6 oz portions of Salmon
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients in a gallon size zip lock bag and shake. Add fish portions to the marinade and let stand for at least one hour prior to use.
Fish: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place salmon portions on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until salmon is easily cut with a fork.
