Crab Deviled Eggs Recipe


  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped Spanish green olives
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • paprika for garnish
  • flaked crabmeat or sliced green olives for garnish


  • Slice hard-boiled eggs in halves. Remove yolks and mix with remaining ingredients, except garnish. Place the mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika and crabmeat or green olives.
