Holiday Halibut Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 pounds halibut
- 1 bottle Best Foods Sandwich Spread (DO NOT substitute brands)
- ½ cup celery finely chopped
- Fresh parsley – decoration
- Dill pickles quartered – decoration
- Sliced olives – decoration
- Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake, cool, and flake halibut. Mix with Best Foods Sandwich Spread and celery to desired consistency. Decorate with parsley, dill pickle quarters, and olives. Serve with crackers. Keep refrigerated.
