Salmon Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 4 C Fresh Cooked Salmon
- 2 – 8oz. Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 3 T Prepared Horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 2 T Grated Onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain the salmon well and flake.
- Combine cream cheese, seasonings, and salmon. *The amount of seasonings can be adjusted for taste.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serve with assorted crackers and/or corn chips.
