Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 1 salmon fillet
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- Lemon & Pepper seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Paprika or finely chopped walnuts
- Crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake, cool, and flake salmon fillet. Combine salmon with cream cheese, shredded cheese, liquid smoke drops, and lemon & pepper seasoning. Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in paprika or chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers. Keep refrigerated.
