Spicy Hot Salmon Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pint canned salmon, drained and dark pieces removed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green or red pepper
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp hot horseradish
  • 4-6 shakes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream or cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stir until blended; place in a pretty bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper. Serve with crackers.
