RECIPE INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. paprika
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. liquid smoke
Salmon fillets (pin bone first, if desired)
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Combine brown sugar, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and liquid smoke in a bowl. Salt and pepper the fillet. Coat the fillet in the rub.
Preheat the BBQ grill to about 400 to 425 degrees. Place the salmon on the BBQ grill skin side down. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the fillet thickness. Foil can be placed under the salmon on the grill for easy clean up, if desired.
