1 Salmon Fillet
Lemon and Pepper Seasoning
Place salmon fillet in a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap loosely around the fish. Sprinkle fish with lemon & pepper seasoning (lightly) and brown sugar (generously). Tent the foil and seal.
Bake 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and has changed color. Makes 4 servings. Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
