BBQ Salmon with Ginger, Sesame Marinade

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

Salmon
6 – 4-6 oz portions of Salmon

Ginger Sesame Marinade
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbs. Worcestershire
1 tsp. sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinade: Combine all marinade ingredients in a gallon size zip lock bag and shake. Add fish portions to the marinade and let stand for at least one hour prior to use.
Fish: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place salmon portions on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until salmon is easily cut with a fork.
