Golden Halibut Recipe

1 1/2 lbs halibut fillets
seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
dash paprika

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip fillets in crumbs and place in a greased baking dish. Combine in a bowl the mayonnaise and lemon juice; add yogurt and blend well. Fold in egg white. Sprinkle fillets with onions and spoon mayonnaise mixture on top. Sprinkle with almonds and paprika.

Bake for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes.
