Halibut Tartar Sauce

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

2 lb Halibut Roast of Serving Size Pieces
Mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
Lemon and pepper seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Place halibut roast or pieces in baking dish. Cover generously with mayonnaise, sprinkle with lemon & pepper seasoning.

Bake 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes until the halibut flakes easily and has changed color. Fish comes out of the oven with its own tartar sauce. Makes servings for as many people as you have pieces of fish
