Spicy Hot Salmon Dip Recipe

1 pint canned salmon, drained and dark pieces removed
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green or red pepper
1/2 – 1 tsp hot horseradish
4-6 shakes Tabasco
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 fresh jalapeno, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream or cream cheese

Stir until blended; place in a pretty bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper. Serve with crackers.
