RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 Salmon fillet
1 tablespoon margarine
½ cup water
Lemon & pepper seasoning
Lemon wedges or slices
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
In frying pan bring water and margarine to simmer. Once simmering add fish pieces. Cover tightly. Cook on medium high heat until the fish flakes. Sprinkle with lemon & pepper seasoning and serve with lemon slices. Makes 4 servings. Note: The trick to cooking moist fish: DO NOT OVER COOK
