ALASKA FISHING TRIPS

Doc provides most of what you need for your all-inclusive Alaska fishing trips. This list indicates what is provided and what is available for purchase.
Doc Warner’s seeks to make each guest as comfortable as possible with pleasant surroundings and all the basic necessities for a great fishing adventure.
Tackle
Doc provides bait tackle as part of your fishing package. This includes poles, line, reels, leader, weights, hooks and bait. We also provide a starter set of tackle for you to try out.
Additional lures, flashers, squid (hoochies), grubs, jig heads, etc. are available for purchase in the Pro Shop. We only stock what works in our area. You are welcome to bring your favorite lures. Check with your airline for rules regarding hooks in carry-on luggage.
Fishing License
Doc provides your general fishing license as part of your fishing package in your all-inclusive Alaska fishing trips. Generally, this is a 7-day, non-resident license. However, we can sell licenses for other lengths of time if needed. Licenses are distributed during your ride to the lodge. King stamps are automatically added to early season trips. Guests arriving later in the year may purchase a king stamp at the lodge.
Rain Gear and Boots
We provide rain gear and boots. Rain gear consists of bibs (pants for children) and a hooded jacket. Our rain gear is made of PVC/polyester material. It is 100% water and wind proof. We have adult sizes XS to 6X. We have children’s sizes 8-14.
The boots are knee high muck/irrigation style boots. We have men’s sizes 4–16 and child/youth sizes 4-3.
Rain gear and boots do not need to be reserved. We have plenty of all sizes and can fit you in whatever size you are most comfortable with when you arrive.
Pro Shop
In addition to artificial tackle and lures, our Pro Shop has a variety of hats, t-shirts, vests, gloves, and jackets. Be sure to stop by and see what’s new this year.
