Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

1 salmon fillet
8 oz Cream cheese softened
3 drops liquid smoke
Lemon & Pepper seasoning
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika or finely chopped walnuts
Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake, cool, and flake salmon fillet. Combine salmon with cream cheese, shredded cheese, liquid smoke drops, and lemon & pepper seasoning. Form into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in paprika or chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers. Keep refrigerated.
