My Alaska adventure was truly an experience I have hoped to have for a very long time. I wondered if my “bucket list” wish had sailed without me. Thanks to Steve, Gil, Bill and your terrific staff, I was able to realize a dream trip in Alaska.
I appreciate so much the extra effort extended to me because of my weak legs and very poor balance. When we arrived on Sunday I wondered how I would make it from the ferry to the lodge due to the tossing and twisting of the dock, but one of your big, strong staff gave me his arm and lots of encouragement and we made it.
Truth be told, as you know, the “catching” success was down based on all the stories I had heard about big salmon and halibut in Alaska, but you don’t have control over the fish, or the elements. We know that. But you were very successful in accomplishing all you could to make what you could control a success. Food was good and plentiful. Our cabin was very nice. Your fishing tips, instruction, equipment, boats etc. were great. I thought your dock guys were terrific and very helpful. I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Warner’s to friends and family.
