Salmon Dip

RECIPE INGREDIENTS

4 C Fresh Cooked Salmon
2 – 8oz. Cream Cheese Spread
2 T Lemon Juice
3 T Prepared Horseradish
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
2 T Grated Onion

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Drain the salmon well and flake.
Combine cream cheese, seasonings, and salmon. *The amount of seasonings can be adjusted for taste.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve with assorted crackers and/or corn chips.
