Salmon Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 C Fresh Cooked Salmon
  • 2 – 8oz. Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 3 T Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 2 T Grated Onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Drain the salmon well and flake.
  • Combine cream cheese, seasonings, and salmon. *The amount of seasonings can be adjusted for taste.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Serve with assorted crackers and/or corn chips.
